Pa. tops national biotech list

Pennsylvania beat out all other states last year for overall biotechnology strengthin the U.S., according to Business Facilities magazine's annual Rankings Report.

Last year, the commonwealth invested $150 million for bioscience research, according to the report in the New Jersey-based magazine's most recent issue. New York placed second in this category with its $120 million investment....
